Hey folks,

I'm helping another group bring up a system that involves virtualisation
and whilst they are Haswell CPUs it appears that the version of
qemu/libvirt that is used makes /proc/cpuinfo list cores as Sandybridge
(in the text at least).

Does anyone know how the Intel compilers detect architecture? Do they
look at the model/stepping info or do they do some other tricks?

All the best!
Chris
