soeben habe ich den Link zum Standlayout bekommen. Alles sehr gedrängt,
aber ich sehe noch nicht, dass wir deutlich mehr Platz bekommen :( Aber
vielleicht gibt es ja noch eine Idee, wie wir uns mit Flightgear
arrangieren können.

you can now find the proposed booth layouts at
http://www.linuxtag.org/2009/dl/projekte/
Please let us know by tomorrow (Thursday)
- if this is ok for you (yes, even if everything is fine please send us
a note),
- if you have too much furniture (which items exactly do you want
removed?), or
- if you need more furniture.
Especially check the projector fixtures ("Hochstativ für Beamer" - the
little boards mounted behind the booth signs or in the ceiling).
Let us know if you need one or don't need yours because you have no
projector (beamer) or if you want it moved.
If you do not have a cabin and think you really need one, please check
your neighbor's booth and contact them first and ask if you can share
the cabin. There is a little storage space in the infopoints (aka the
demo counters) and we are working on getting a real (not octanorm)
storage room for you. Remember that any bags and jackets can be checked
at the wardrobe in the entrance area.
Remember: Please send us your replies and requests by tomorrow.
