this is a rather odd question, what is the safest way to secure tags on a collar. my dogs wear id's on their invisible fence collars. they have managed to open both the thin circle and standard rabies type tag closure. i am sure this is the very reason it is better not to leave tags and collars on. but i need a way for them to be identified. i do not want to microchip them because of the dye etc. thanks andrea, woofit and chi
