Hi Teresa, I am writing to Serge to recommend he travel to Alta Vista Animal Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario and consult with one of their board-certified orthopedic specialists and internists. This is my local hospital and they have a big team of specialists there and is one of the largest animal hospitals in the country. From what he describes I think his vet is clutching at theories because he has heard of "tremblers" but the symptoms do not sound like the early description of this disease that was seen some years ago in the United Kingdom.
