"Barkin' Good Honey Vanilla Cookies" From: Pet Lovers Canine Cookbook..
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups all purpose white flour 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup vegetable shortening Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingrediants in a bowl. Roll into walnut-sized balls and flatten alittle with a fork or spoon. Place on a baking sheet and bake approx. 20-25 mins, until golden brown. Let cookies cool then store them in an airtight container... My dogs love them and know when I'm baking their homemade treats... Have fun & happy doggy baking! Peg.
