Well, Bob, it does vary considerably. Picture a 13 yo boy and a 30 yo man ... and a 60 yo man. The 30 yo man is "filled out," but keeps changing throughout his lifetime. So a Berner boy's head may be filled out by 2.5, 3 .. but will keep changing just like the 60 yo man.
