Search and Rescue Boots

Karen or Someone,

I MUST KNOW, where can you get those search and rescue dog boots? After a 
long, snowy, frozen Winter in Central New York, it has all melted and by 
back yard is a complete mud pit. My house is following suit. I must be one 
of the few people in Central New York who is sorry to see Spring come.  
Twelve months of frozen ground would suit me fine.
