I have to share this with the berner community. We noticed that Pistache wasn't eating much of her food lately. My husband and I were getting concerned and were going to take her to the vet too. We also noticed she started to have bad breath which she didn't have until now. So...
We noticed yesterday what the whole deal was... Every morning I get up first at around 4:30. Get up, take the dog outside, feed her (which she won't eat...), feed the cats (we have two cats), shower and out of the house. My husband gets up later, takes the puppy outside, notices the puppy didn't eat her food, and feed the cats. When I came home, I noticed the cats were running in front of me like they were starving... Check their bowls and they were empty. Put some food in their bowls. When it's time to go to bed, the cats are still begging for food! Check their bowls and they are empty! I wasn't gonna put too much food in their bowls, they ate too much already! Check the puppy's bowl, it's empty finally! Same thing everyday for about 2 or 3 days... You must have guessed what happened; Pistache was eating the cats' food! No wonder she wasn't hungry! Marie and Houdini (the d**n dog ate my food!), Noire (the dog ate my food too!!!) and Pistache (yummy kitty food, move over!)
