After three weeks we have Tatty's results which say it was not a cancerous lump, her fur is growing back over the very large shaved portion and the incision itself has finally healed. Bizarrely her behaviour has changed considerably too, she is very calm now and gentle and is requesting attention and pets. She still has lots of energy when outside but is able to channel it more, perhaps it was turning one two weeks ago rather than the op - whatever it was both of her humans are very happy and so glad we persevered with all her training. We are finally a happy family! She loved visiting the Uk even though the Chunnel made her sick, and learnt to chase rabbits and wait outside shops.
She is very very hot most of the time as it is 28 inside at 8am and 10pm! So walks are early and late and short - perhaps her energy levels will spiral upwards again in the autumn...
