Dear Deasun & Judith A good place to start looking for a breeder in your area as well as get to meet the dogs is to go to the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America (BMDCA) web site. On that site is a page that has some good information about how to go about looking for a breeder as well as a link to volunteers in the various states who can answer your questions, direct you to Berner events in their area, put you in touch with local BMD clubs and possible breeder contacts.
