That is correct! Users will get an option to select the service to use from the pull-down.

Bes server 4.1 on the backend - he receives internal email and yahoo email as well - Recently he was having some issues with the unit so he called t-mobile and they suggested upgrading to 4.5 on the unit, so he did. He couldn't get any internal emails so I reactivated the unit again and he was ok. He said that before the upgrade, each time he responded to his yahoo email, he had the option to reply either by using his work email or yahoo email address. But now he doesn't see it, and he can only respond by using his work email. My understanding is that when you reply to outside accounts you don't have an option to choose from - it will reply with the work email address. There is no option to set up to have this feature I know there are some manual steps to do if one wishes to respond with the outside account - I have several other users who have outside email addresses and they don't see an option either. Am I missing something? Is it a setting on the bes server for them to have this option? thanks This message may contain confidential and privileged information.
