He claims that if he receives a message on his Blackberry and Outlook is not open the email never goes to Outlook. Only when Outlook is open does the email appear in both places. I normally would have a hard time believing this however, my boss who is very technical, visited the user and claims this is the case. The user claims he is not using Desktop manager. Has anyone ever heard of this problem.
