That's the quandary. He wants everything outgoing to his pop. Totally strange.

If I read it right its a "tax dollars" bb (I read govt owned)that they
want pop on and work exch forwarded to that pop acct.

Seems it would be the opposite - that they want a way to get personal
pop on a restricted gov'. Exch enterprise restricted bb.....but that
didn't look like the q to me.....
