Coincidentally, I'm planning the exact same upgrade (4.1.4 to 4.1.6).  That 
sounds like the plan I've followed on previous upgrades.  This time I'm curious 
to see if the createdb process will avoid the need to obtain elevated 
permissions on the SQL server.
