Hi Everyone, I have a user who I moved from one server to another server (actually removed and re-added). When he enterprise activated he got mail from May 14th and Mat 15th but nothing after that. My prepopulation settings are set for 7 days and 350 messages. I would think it would start with the current date and work backwards. He says he is certain the activation was 100% completed. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this.
