So i've discovered that some files can't be viewed. Two happened today. One was a .doc file. It had an image embedded in it. When the image was removed and emailed back, I was able to open the file.
Another was a .PDF. I do not know why this couldn't be viewed. I'm running BES on Exchange, v4.1.6.19
