Any saved messges? Is the icon of the unread message an envelope?

Confirmed using "Go to next unread" in the menu.
BPS 4.1/Exchange 2003.
Possible that a message to old to sync with the handheld is being
detected as unread? None showing up unread in Outlook.
Ideas?
