Yeah Google over BES, we've moved from EX2k3 to Google Apps to support our global workforce better, give them a more efficient/faster way of accessing email - allowing everyone to feel like one company rather than individuals with a lack of a communication to other parts of the organisation; also in the long run cheaper as well.
