Signatures aren't controlled by a security policy but you can set it as a group
setting.

Are you trying to create a disclaimer or something for all signatures?

Thanks!

Signature setting is a function of the handheld.

  Subject: [Bes-admins] Policy question

I just searched through the policy reference guide and couldn't find anything
about disabling an auto signature for email settings, does anyone know if this
is possible?

The one thing that did reference it was a global item, auto sig that said "
Setting this policy rule will not prevent a user from changing their Auto
Signature text on BlackBerry devices running 4.0 and later software"
