Exactly how is she deleting in Exchange? Are the messages being moved
to the Deleted Items folder in the Exchange mailbox, or are they being
Hard Deleted?

If they're being Hard Deleted, do you have Hard Delete Reconciliation
enabled on your BES?

Hi Everyone

I have a user who says every message she deletes in her mailbox does
not get deleted on her device; she must manually delete them on the BB.
I did confirm that if she deletes on the device first it will remove the
message from the Inbox. Any ideas? The device is set to delete on
both.

Thanks
