Some things to check/verify:
Are they trying to browse with the BlackBerry Browser on the handheld?
Are the users configured to use MDS?
Is the MDS Connection Service started on the new BES?
Is the new BES itself able to browse the web?

Everyone,

I just migrated users from one BES server to another and now the users cannot 
browse the web. Can you tell me some reasons why this would be. I copied the 
original configuration database and IE is configured identically. Thanks!
