Hello .. I was wondering if you could help me with a few really simple questions?
Deleted items â I have 2 deleted items folders on my BB, not sure how that happened â how do I get rid of one? Also with deleted items, within the web console I go into my profile and select the Deleted Items directory in Redirected Settings, I am not showing any email in my Deleted Items on my BB PDA. How do I enable that? Where is the global settings for Messaging Configuration âDefault Configurationâ? I know where to get to it for each individual user, but if I want to make a change for all users I cannot find the global settings.
