Dispatcher and Controller need to bounce. Given a choice, I would restart all
services or run handheld cleanup utility. Or, if you wait long enough, the
cache will update. J

Subject: [Bes-admins] Moving Users BES & Exchange mailbox

I'm moving users from a BES 4.1 on Ex03 to BES5.0 on Ex07. When I finish the
removing / moving mailbox process and go to add the user to the BES 5 box it
still grabs the old Ex03 mailbox. I made sure the user can login and pass
messages in Outlook, but it's like the GC that the BES queries is still
pointing to the old mail server. I know that it updates eventually, I just have
to go through and add / remove the user until I see it got the correct EX
server. I've used repadmin on my GC's to make sure that the information has
successfully replicated which it does just after a few seconds, but it's like
it takes the BES about an hour or two to catch up. Is there a service I can
restart or something I can do to kick it in the pants to get the BES
information updated?
