We implemented a company wide standard email as well, I had opened a ticket
with T support about this a few months ago, the told me is wasn't possible to
turn it off.

I went in and manually erased everyone's signature from the BES.

I have tried that and it hasn't removed existing signatures.

Hi Steve

The easiest way is to send you to the following blog. Note that I found this
blog by searching for "reconcile hard deleted messages" and as it happens, it's
in the same section as disclaimers.

http://coreygilmore.com/blog/2009/05/20/reconcile-hard-deletes-on-your-blackberry-bes-5/

You'll probably want the "Disable all disclaimer text" setting.

Hope this helps

Richard

Today we went live with a firm wide signature. Is there a way we can prevent
signatures from being used on the blackberry? We are using bes5.0 with
exchange 2007. Thanks.
