Any GSM network will support preceding the number you are dialling with #31# to 
block outbound call ID. Alternatively, if you have set your number to always be 
blocked, then preceding the number with *31# will unblock on a per call basis.

Available on many networks, you can add *67 in front of the number and it will 
block the caller id.
