The official way is to create a blank policy and assign the Blackberry
this blank policy. Here's one of the few unofficial ways:

Subject
[Bes-admins] Removing IT Policy from BB

Hi Everyone,
I have a user who left the company but kept her corporate Blackberry. She
is having issues because the IT policy is still on the device. She called
Verizon and they said the IT policy needs to be removed. Can someone
please tell me how to remove this from the device.
Thanks very much!
