Does anyone use Dell's SaaS EMS as a backup solution for email? The client agent they provide to work with blackberry's apparently causes TeleNav to break. The agent takes away the necessary permissions and I cannot get them back. Before the software deployment, TeleNav has Allow on all connections, after its installed everything changes to Prompt, makes TeleNav unusable.
I have to remove the deployment, wipe the device before it will work again. Any idea or has anyone heard of this?
