Ran into an issue last night trying to assist an exec, thought I would pass this onto the BES list for any insight. The user created a rule in Outlook to have all emails from one certain person placed directly into a folder under the root of her Inbox (Inbox\Folder). Now when she goes to view her BlackBerry, the only way that she can get to this folder is by clicking Menu | View Folder \ Folder. My question is this: Is there a way to create a shortcut of this folder to the users' desktop?
