First - The Question: Anyone heard of some 9000's and 9630's randomly rebooting themselves? The majority of the are running 4.6 or 4.7 OS's. They are all on Verizon, and just were activated in the past month or so.
Second - The Update: If anyone out there is using DataViz's Documents / PDF To Go on your Blackberries - I found an issue with version 2.00001 of the software..... Docs/Spread/Slide to go would activate without an issue, but PTG would not work - no matter if the software was loaded via BES or Desktop, it would fail with permission errors. I found Version 2.00004 was release not too long ago, and it corrects the issue.
