Yes, BES 4.1, Exchange 2003
As I mentioned in my initial email, they addresses are not in my contacts,
which is why I'm wondering about auto-complete...

Are your connected to a BES server?? Exchange??
When I perform a lookup on my storm, and I type in a name which
I know exists in both our global address list in exchange and my person
contacts the results that surface are all names from our global address list,
which I believe is normal. If the phone is not connected to a BES server it
probably defaults to perform lookups on your personal contacts. Does branded
medical show up in your contacts?
