As for it working in SP2, I saw that rumor on a few forums also, however, the 
latest Support Matrix I  saw about a month ago included a column for SP2 and it 
said OCS R2 Was not supported.

They do have a workaround for R2 which we implemented without issue should you 
find yourself requiring R2.
