We replaced a Blackberry Tour 9630 today under a warranty exchange. I was able to do the BB switch on the desktop manager and it worked perfect. Now the owner information is not showing up on the screen. I even tried to put a password on it and lock it, still noting. All you get is the message that says the screen is locked and press the lock button to unlock it. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I've gone through the BES and the only reference that I see is the Lock Owner Info. I enabled that but it's still not showing up.
