A user upgraded his blackberry tour from 4.5 to 5.0. he can no longer open attachments. I deleted the Desktop [CMIME] service book and re-sent it and that did not work either. Also, I found an KB article on blackberries website and they told me to make sure the blackberry attachment service was installed via the desktop manager and I didn't even see that in the list of apps. We are running BES 5.0 MR1 with exchange 2007. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
