They are stored in SQL so if you know how to query it you can transfer the rows 
from one DB to another.

Yes, you can reuse them but don't know of an easy way to export/import.

We recently acquired another company and are in the process of moving those 
users over to our Exchange and BES. I don't have enough free CALs to support 
them all so was wondering if there's anyway to re-use the CALs from their BES 
or will we have to buy some more?
