You may not need it. Did you install MR2? That has the same issue. Why these MRs got this big all of a sudden, I really want to know.

If you do not apply the hotfix, you cannot install a 500+ MB MSI file onto a 2003 server (or 2003 R2 Server apparently). Anyhow, I am unable to apply the hotfix to 2003 R2 Server. When I attempt to install the hotfix I get a KB925336 Setup Error: Failed to migrate the dependent packages. Anyone seen this?
