I don't think my users are atypical in that they are very good at breaking things that the company supports. My concern is fixing things that they break, one phone at a time. I don't mind setting up ActiveSync, I just don't want to fix problems one at a time. Since deploying BES, the problems have all either been global and fixable from BES, or Enterprise Activation problems. I never fix individual BB phones the way I used to fix Treos. I don't want to go back to that.
