Sorry if I'm not clarifying more. The events are all appointments and being put directly into the user's own outlook calendar.
Might need to go that route of re-activating the device. Service book resend did not work, but manual calendar sync did work from the besx console. To give some additional background info, she only wants her outlook calendar to sync, not contacts or email. Maybe I'm just not going about the right way to achieve this for her. When you say it is not pulling down all events, what is it missing? EG: Are self created meetings coming down? What about meetings from others? What about appointments? Are any of the events not coming down marked as Private? Also, are you using an Exchange server in-house, hosted, or another solution. More information will help the group to help you.
