Check the Windows logs and see if there are any clues there. If not, try
uninstalling the updates one-by-one to find the offending update.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Logging into BlackBerry Administration Service

Rebooted server last night after running some Windows updates and I can't
get logged in to the BlackBerry Administration Service with either my AD
account or the besadmin account. This has happened before after a reboot,
but a simple restart of the BlackBerry Administration Services would fix.
Not this time. Any ideas.
