I was just about to write that :)

It is part of the BES Resource Kit. You can read more on it at

http://docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/deliverables/7635/Results_of_BB_Message_
Flow_Reporting_Tool_query_564355_11.jsp

If you want to manually check the logs you need messaging agent and
dispatcher logs.

Look up messageflow.exe it¹s a great utility that will output in a csv all
the email transactions for a user. Heres an example of one I had to run the
other day to do just what you¹re asking for.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise
Server\Logs\2010
0913>messageflow -p E -u [email protected] -OL c:\temp -L "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Re
search In Motion\Blackberry Enterprise Server\Logs\20100913" -debug

is there a way to tell if a particular email ever reached a device? Would I
need a higher level of logging turned on, and which logs should I be looking
at?
