Hi everyone, I have one user who is not receiving email on his BB. When I checked folder redirection for inbox it was set to select folders, and inbox wasn't selected. I tried to change it and got the following error: A mailstore error was encountered while attempting to save the users redirection settings. I tried doing running outlook with the resetfolders switch and also moving the exchange mailbox. I still cannot change the redirection setting, Does anyone have any suggestions,? Thanks
