I'd also look at the IT policies, BESX supports about 35 of them. Generally 
they are the main ones needed, but important to know if you happen to need one 
not included. Of course, if you aren't an Exchange shop, or need Office 
Communicator support, you're done, BESX isn't supported. It doesn't require a 
BES data plan, so cheaper monthly, but if you go that route, you lose wireless 
activation.
