All, After upgrading to Service Pack 2 for BES 5.0 last week, I was receiving the following error when trying to log on to the Blackberry Monitoring Service:
"The application has encountered a system error. Please report this error to the System Administrator". I finally found some time to fix it and, to my surprise, it was pretty easy to find the KB article for it and even easier to resolve it: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB24347 I hope this helps anyone planning a SP2 upgrade and encounters the same problem.
