Doreen, I did that - turned content protection on during migration. All I hear
is complaints from the users on devices being slow and freezing for prolonged
period of time.
Additionally, initial reboot takes forever, and that causes users to panic and
report broken device.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Need Feedback on Migration from 4.1.6 to 5.01 and Content
Protection

Hi Everyone,

I am preparing for a migration where I will be migrating about 800 users from
BES 4.1.6 to BES 5.01. I will be using the Blackberry Transporter Tool to
perform the migration.

My 4.1.6 policy does not have Content Protection turned on, however my BES 5.01
will. Can anyone give me some feedback on any noticeable differences the users
may experience. I am trying to make a determination. Or even pointing me in the
right direction would be helpful as well.

Thanks very much!
