Manage Users -> User to check -> Component Information -> Association Date. Will that work for you? You can probably get that information out of the DB with a quick SQL query.

Not sure why my company does it that way, but for right now, thats how we do it. The field choose in BES 4.x helped alot, and with BES 5.0 being thats its web-based, doesnt let me sort by certain fields, nor can i find a users creation date.
