I've successfully moved 46 users. The key is to not apply IT Policies or assign
the users to Groups from the Transporter tool.

These are a few of the links I looked into before attempting to use the
Transport Tool with BES Express

Might want to check page 33 of the Admin Guide

Good luck.

I have done it successfully with the BB Transporter Tool, but it is not
supported and it has also failed on several occasions, requiring reactivation.
Caveat Emptor.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Migrate user from 4.1.7 to Bes Express

Hi All, is it possible to move existing users without them noticing from fully
paid 4.1.7 BES tofree version BES Express - as I would like to avoid
re-activation if possible ? According to my provider NO you cannot as using
different DB , and wording is unsupported however appears some admins out
there have tried and tinkered to make it work ?
