I've successfully moved 46 users. The key is to not apply IT Policies or assign the users to Groups from the Transporter tool.

According to my provider NO you cannot as using different DB , and wording is unsupported however appears some admins out there have tried and tinkered to make it work ? -- Regards Yasar Er
