Its asking for the password of the administrator performing the action.

Unfortunately, I have to ask. A new member of our helpdesk want permissions on our Blackberry Administration Service so she can activate / manage our devices. She will authenticate directly with our Active Directory. How on earth do I add her? I've entered the following information under Administrator user > Create an administrator user: Display name: jhaWhatever (the jha means I can identify the role she holds) Authentication type: Active Directory Domain: Our netbios domain name Administrator password: This is where I'm going wrong. What password is it asking for? It's clearly not the user's password, and neither is it the local BAS password or BES Service Account password. Someone please help before my head explodes L Richard
