go to microsoft.com/mac and look for web services edition of enyourage, d-load and install, it would also be a goo idea to take down their current entourage settings. if they have a huge mailbox, entourage will take some time to import the local data. open entourage and click entourage on menu bar, there will be a setting section, take note of all that info, just in case it messes up. the install is pretty good and the set-up of new pointer is 99.99999% flawless, there will be an odd failure, i have seen one in the 2000+ re-installs we have done, it happens just not a lot.

I’m having them check their calendar in webmail to see if the entry is there (which I suspect it will be).
