Morning all, I installed MR4 for BES 5 SP3 yesterday. I had a few issues post-installation with the Blackberry Router. Nothing serious, but post-upgrade the server was working for a few minutes, and then the Router starting logging this:
[SERVICE_RELAY_SESSION:S61498225:0x00C98380] Service transaction not found. SERVICESESSION_TAG=14343614 It was around this time I realised that my Blackberry stopped receiving email. Restarting the router service on its own didn't help and I had to bounce the entire server - again - to get things back to normal. I suspect this is a completely isolated incident, but YMMV.
