You are filing them on the BB? I don't think the BES version has anything to
do with that. Or are you moving them in Outlook either to a folder or a PST?
if so, that's either a delayed reconcile or a reconcile hard deletes.

We recently upgraded our BES to 5.0.3 and I’ve
migrated about a dozen users.
The email messages that I receive in Outlook are still
staying on my BB even though I have the “Hide Filed Messages” box
checked.
Does anyone know of this issue or a fix?
