It is the recommended MAPI/CDO version for 5.0. SP3. The previous version of MAPI 6.5.8211.0 is still supported. We don't have 2010, but the October 2011 build works fine in our 2007 environment. But are you trying to load exchangemapicdo or exchangecdo? Don't use exchangecdo.
